Heartwood Wisdom provides rescheduling options only and does not offer monetary refunds. Please ensure you request a date change in advance if you cannot attend. In instances where we must cancel a session due to weather or safety concerns, we will provide you with a credit or arrange a new time for your visit.
If Rescheduling is Necessary
We believe in the healing power of nature regardless of the calendar. While we do not issue refunds, we are more than happy to help you find a future date that works for your schedule. Simply reach out to us before your scheduled start time so we can move your booking to a new available slot.
Cancellations by Heartwood Wisdom
If we determine that conditions are unsafe or the weather is too severe for your retreat, we will notify you immediately. In these rare cases, you will receive a full credit or the opportunity to reschedule your experience for another time.
